Know someone with a project in mind?

1. The Duralast referral program is open to any current or past Duralast customer ("Referrer") who refers someone they know to undertake a project with Duralast ("Referred Customer"), provided that person has not previously requested a quote from, or engaged, Duralast.
2. The Referred Customer must present the physical referral card, with the Referrer's name completed on it, at their site visit before the discount or reward is applied. A verbal mention of the Referrer's name alone, without the card, does not qualify.
3. The Referred Customer receives a 5% discount off the agreed project price of their first Duralast project, applied once their quote is accepted.
4. The Referrer receives a $100 gift card once the Referred Customer has signed a contract and paid their deposit for the referred project.
5. One gift card is payable per successful referral. There is no limit to how many people a Referrer can refer.
6. The referral discount applies once per Referred Customer and cannot be combined with any other current offer or promotion.
7. Self-referrals, and referrals of anyone already engaged with or previously quoted by Duralast, are not eligible.
8. Gift cards are issued in Australian dollars, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Gift cards are issued within 14 days of the referred project's deposit being paid and sent to the Referrer by email.
10. The offer applies to properties within Duralast's standard service area (Central & North East Victoria); properties outside this area may be assessed case by case.
11. Duralast may amend, suspend or withdraw this program at any time. Any referral already registered before a change will still be honoured under the terms that applied when the referral was submitted.
12. Duralast's decision on the eligibility of any referral is final.
